We process and dispatch orders daily from Monday to Friday, excluding NSW Public Holidays. Please note that selecting Express Post does not guarantee priority dispatch; it refers to Australia Post's expedited delivery service.

Upon receipt of your parcel, please inspect it immediately. Any issues with your order must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving it, as confirmed by the tracking number. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate. We cannot be held liable for parcels delivered to incorrect or invalid addresses. In the event that your parcel is returned to us and requires re-shipping due to an incorrect address provided, the cost of shipping will be the customer's responsibility.

We ship from our warehouse located in Albury, NSW 2640, Australia.
We ship within Australia and worldwide. International orders incur a flat rate delivery fee of $25 AUD. Please note that duty and taxes may apply in your country for international shipments.

Tees: Our tees are made to order, so please note that it could take up to two weeks for dispatch.
Express Shipping: Typically 1-3 business days from dispatch.
