Return Policy for Alpine Beards Australia

At Alpine Beards Australia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help with our hassle-free return policy.

Change of Mind Returns:

You may return items for a change of mind within 30 days of purchase, provided that the items are unopened and in their original packaging. Please note that opened items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

We are unable to accept returns for brushes and combs, unless they are faulty.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

How to Initiate a Return:

Please inform us via email at orders@alpinebeardsaustralia.com.au with your order number and the item/s you wish to return. Once confirmed by us, securely package the return items in their original condition and packaging.

Your return package must include a tracking number; please provide us with the tracking number.

Send your return to the address provided by Alpine Beards Australia.

Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will issue store credit to the email address associated with your order within 5 business days.

Incorrect or Faulty Items:

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, we will gladly replace it free of charge. Please contact us with proof of the issue, and we will assist you promptly.
